markdown not working on android

  Markdown seems to work on the web, but on my android (Pixel 8) all it shows is “* some text” for each item on my list. What am I doing wrong?

  It sounds like you’re doing everything correctly. Testing this out on my own device I see that all options shown in our documentation seem to be working: https://simplenote.com/help/#markdown . Can you copy and paste here or share a screenshot of the text you’re having trouble with? That will help to better identify the issue.

  @rcbenn99. Not sure what your problem is, but on iOS, a bulleted list must begin with a blank line, or it all runs together. Maybe Android also requires a blank line before the list.
