Markdown not working

  Markdown currently does not work on iOS, iPadOS, or Windows. How can this be resolved, especially given the astronomical $20/mo or $200/yr price tag?

  The app is still free; support subscription is optional. And markdown still works on my iPad. You swipe left on the note to preview the markdown. Only certain features are supported; you need to look at the Simplenote FAQ.
