Markdown Highlight syntax is not working

  The highlight like ==this== is not working, is it normal?

  Hi. Simplenote implements a markdown subset, as described in the help document, https://simplenote.com/help/#markdown. It looks like highlight is not included.

  Thanks, I thought highlights were working because of this other site:

  I’ve gone ahead and forwarded this along to our developers as a feature request. I can’t offer an estimated timeframe or confirm that it will be implemented, but hopefully our developers will consider it soon.
