Markdown effect support in edit view

  Thanks for Simplenote, it is an amazing app.

  I would like to suggest a new feature, markdown effect support in edit view. I.e.:, when you write **bold text**, to see the fonts presented in bold even in edit mode. This would be really useful for people that spend a lot of time with markdown notes.

  To better understand your request, could you provide a simple example of how you’d like this to work in the editor?

  For example, can you show if there are other apps where this is being done instead of using a WYSIWYG editor?
