Lost texts

  I waw working on a file the other day , until 4:00!
  When I open the file the next day the last save was 2:46 pm (I check History and trash). Is there any way to recover the lost text?Its an hour of work…
  
  My internet connection it was fine, Im sure of it!

  I dont know what may happen …

  ps: at the 4:30 ,after a laptop restart, I start working on a new file that is just fine but the first ones data is lost!

  Try opening a web browser and go to https://app.simplenote.com. Then click the hamburger menu at the top left and select “Trash”.

  Try restoring some notes from the Trash so you can view their history. Pay particular attention to any blank notes you can see.

  To search the history, open a note and click the clock icon at the top then move the slider.

  Also, use the search field to check for content that may have been in the note. We don’t recommend just searching for the title, as we’ve seen people have trouble finding notes when accidentally deleting or changing the title text.
