Lost of account

  I changed my work email address to a personal email. However, when I tried logging in to my personal email it stated that I could not sign in with the provided email address and password. I now have lost all my important notes on Simplenote and I don’t know how to regain it back.

  I too lost the data by trying to transferring the data from one account to another, if you have found the answer, please do let me also know, thanks.

  PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL AS WELL!

  I changed my email address & can’t get in to my account. I emailed support and their reply was to post here. They said Happiness Engineers were going to help! I posted here but hae gotten o help.

  I search the subject and it seems this is a common issue! And the replies are all, We can’t help you here!

  There’s no way to export my notes from my Apple devices and the desktop app export file has no file extension (rendering it useless)!

  Just noticed your reply here as well @patbarrynetgmailcom just noting that we did email and get this resolved.
