Lost notes due to synch error. Can customer service help me recover the note

Hi,
I lost several notes I worked on today from 130 to 230 pm. I was in the subway and worked on these notes. When I got off the subway, the sync deleted my notes. I recreated one of the notes but not the other one. The deleted updates from 130 to 230 pm are not listed in the file history.Thanks for your help,

Sorry about the data loss event. The Simplenote servers are having some performance issues, and the team is investigating. Please bookmark this forum post for updates.
