lost all notes since 2022 after updating app

Hi, I had to change my password as I wanted to log in on new device and forgot it. I didn’t have option in settings on my current phone to import my notes as I wanted to secure them and then use for new device, so I updated app and then after login in I saw that all my notes made sińce july 5, 2022 are lost. I can’t retrive history, they are not in trash. I logged to website and it also has notes only up to mid 2022. Is there a way you could retrive them from servers and either upload to my account or at least send file do I can add them myself? Please try help, as I had lots of important data there.

Which platform(s) are you using apart from the web? Is this iOS or Android? What are the app version(s) and OS version(s) you’re using?
In addition, can you check any older devices where you might have used Simplenote for whether your lost notes are still there?
