Lost all notes for almost 1 month

I’ve been using simplenote to keep track of running tasks and checklist of daily occurrences that I have to attend to or schedule in future meetings. And this morning, after a long time without using in the tablet, I decided to open and check some outstanding things, reading the main note that I use, I found some pendencies that I thought I had forgotten to mark as finished and I marked them as done, after finding it strange that so many I saw that the note was very out of date, I didn’t do anything else and went back to the simplenote on the computer which is where I always use it, and the note with all the updates it had just went back in time to the one I had just changed on the tablet tablet losing all updates made almost 1 month ago. The note was in front of me and I simply saw it erase it and go back to the previous version, with no reference to it or anything left in the history. I am very sad about what happened and I really hope to resolve it, why losing so much work is so discouraging

Other information, the impression I have is that the tablet overwrote everything up to the history of the note. Because it is a note that I use almost every day and all the history of the note made on the computer has been lost too.

Our Simplenote servers were having some performance issues during the time you’ve reached out. This impacts sync, which is why you saw those errors with saving. The issue should be resolved now. I recommend you check the history of your notes and your trash now for recovery of the content.

Can I too get help for this? I lost all my notes as I outlined in my forum post here: LOST ALL MY NOTES!!!
It’s been more than 24 hours and no response to my requests for help.
