Lost all data with factory reset

  I had to do a factory reset in my IPhone, without all the apps I had. Now I can’t login with Simplenote, I don’t remember the email that I used nor the password since I always used face recognition!
  my oldest email was discontinued. I can’t remember if I changed to the new one or not. I have tried with both my new emails but did not receive a reset email, so probably it was still the old. It’s very important information and I do need it back!

  Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately if you do not remember the password on the account and no longer have access to the email address on file, we’re limited in helping you regain access to the account.

  Is there any way that you can reactivate your old email address? Some providers will allow this and then you can get the password reset email.

  Since emails are the only methods we use to verify accounts, there isn’t anything more we can gather from you to provide you with access.

  If you do remember your password, the following steps will allow you to log in to update your email address.

  1. Log in with your old email and account password at (Link redacted. Please open a new topic if you have a similar problem and need it.)
  2. Change your email address on that page.
