Lost access to simplenote

  I had my phone repaired at the Apple Store and since then I can’t access simplenote. I believe the email that was used to create my account is my old school email that I no longer have access to. (email visible only to moderators and staff) and I don’t remember my password

  I was able to contact my school and get access to this email again as an alumni just to find out that I’m not receiving an email from Simplenote to reset the password! It’s crucial I get back into my notes to get important information asap. Please help!! @staff-james @staff-fred @staff-zara @staff-reid @staff-joey8
