Login problem. Email confirmation issue

Hello! I using correct lognin and password, but I should confirm my email when I trying login on the new phone.
I lost access to my old email. because it was deleted, I haven’t used this email for a long time.
How can I login and add a new email?? Hope there is some way…

I can look into this to help! Is the old email the one you’re using on this same WordPress.com account at
adelwaysn? I see there was a Simplenote account with that same email that needed to be verified. I have done this on your behalf with the hope that you can now login and update your account to an email you do have access tooBecause email is the only way we can verify you are the owner of the account we’re limited in what we can do to help you gain access to an account if you no longer have access to the email that created it. Please let me know if you have any questions about this.

You are right, simplenote account was registered on Adelways in August 2017, I even forgot about it, mail search helped me remember the date
But I didn’t use this account.The main and important account was (email visible only to moderators and staff)
(email visible only to moderators and staff) is my old email to which the main simplnote was registered is. It is no longer accessible. I do not have acces to email (email visible only to moderators and staff) and can’t log in into simplenote account coz email confirmation is needed.
So, If possible, we should change email on (email visible only to moderators and staff) account to Adelways…com (which I use for wordpress)
In order to confirm that it is my account I can send info about date of last log in into this account, IP, and list of notes.

For the security reasons listed above I can’t change your email address on your account for you. We don’t keep a list of your IP and last logs either for you. Truly all we keep for you are your notes and email address, so the email is the only thing we can use to verify you are the owner.
To help you as much as I can, I have verified the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) for you in our system. Since you think you have your old password, you should now be able to login and update that to an email address you do indeed have access to.
At this point if the password you have for the email (email visible only to moderators and staff) doesn’t work, and you don’t have access to (email visible only to moderators and staff) to verify you are the owner, there isn’t much more we can do to assist.

It works!
I got access to (email visible only to moderators and staff) account.
Then i have exported json file and imported notes into new account.
So, You can remove (email visible only to moderators and staff) acc if possible, I have relocated all notes.

If you still have access to the account password, you can follow the steps below to change the account email:
- Log in with your old email and account password at (Link redacted. Please open a new topic if you have a similar problem and need it.)
- Change your email address on that page.
I’ve also emailed you the same instructions. Please respond to our email if you still need help.
