    I’m reaching out to request assistance with a login issue. After recently updating my email address, I’ve been unable to access the web app—it logs me out immediately after I attempt to log in.

    I noticed that you have previously reached out to other users via private channels for the same issue. Could you please look into this and advise me on how to resolve it?
