Lists Turned into Paragraphs by Themselves

Lists with the Checkboxes turned into paragraphs on their own.
The checkboxes changed to ” – [ ] ” on their own.
I have a screen capture if you give me an email address via email.
I don’t want to post my not pages in a forum.

Hi. If this is in the markdown preview view, you need to leave a blank line before a list. Otherwise, the list just gets rolled into a paragraph.

They’ve been lists for months. But one day I opened the page and they changed on their own. So, what you wrote does not apply here. Each group of lists did have a space between them. Plus, the conversion happened at the bottom of one page, while all the lists above remained as lists. Can I send a screen capture to (email visible only to moderators and staff)?

What device are you using the Simplenote app on? Or are you using the web app in a browser?
Is this in the markdown preview, or in the note editor view?

The checkboxes disappeared in both the Android app and in the web browser. I don’t know the difference between the markdown preview and note editor view. I’m just in the app and add Checkboxes next to my lists. At the bottom of one page, all the checkboxes disappeared and the text turned into paragraphs.
I’m also the guy experiencing the popup that’s trying to close the Android app. Have you guys fixed that yet?
