  I want to use Simplenote in my Company.

  So, I have two questions.

  Q1. Is Simplenote opensource?

  Q2. Is it no matter use in company and no matter use in commercial purpose?

  The Simplenote clients are all open source under the GPL-2.0 license. This does allow commercial use. There are some good frequently asked questions at the link I shared above.
