Latest 50-100 notes disappeared

  Platforms: Windows 11 v. 2.23.2; iOS 18.3.2 v. 4.55

  I’ve been using Simplenote for at least 1 year without any issues.

  Today I opened it on my Windows PC to check a recent note and couldn’t find it. Then I opened the app on my iPhone and watched “live” the latest notes being removed from the app and disappearing. Now I’ve lost them permanently and can’t find them anywhere (I’ve also tried the web app).

  I’ve already tried with the recycle bin and history with no success. Is there a way to recover them? I imagine (hope) that you at Automattic have backups of our notes…

  Hi, @luarena! Did you recently log out/in of the app? Can you please confirm that you are logged in to the correct account?

  Yes, I know, when I created my Simplenote account I didn’t use my wordpress account, I created a dedicated one with anothere email.

  I’ll stay tuned.
