Keyboard shortcut: Toogle tag list (Ctrl + Shift + U) does not work when editing

  When writing in a note, the keyboard shortcut for toggling the tag list (Ctrl + Shift + U) does not work. Instead, underlined text appears underlined, but then goes away. Please fix.
  
  I’m using Chrome OS.
  
  Workaround: Show keyboard shortcut (Ctrl + /) to remove focus from editing, then toggle tag list (Ctrl + Shift+ U).

  Thanks for reporting this, and for including the helpful workaround!

  The shortcut (Ctrl + Shift + U) works as expected on my MacBook in Google Chrome, so it seems this behavior may be specific to Chrome OS. I’ve added your note and suggestion to our list of feature requests for the team to review.
