Keyboard shortcut to show/hide simplenote app on mac
-
Hi,
I use scrap paper for taking notes but want to switch to simplenote because it has bulleted lists.
The thing i like about scrap paper is i can setup keyboard shortcuts to open and close the app. For example, cmd-enter opens and closes the app.
How can I setup a keyboard shortcut (global hotkey) to open and close simple note?
THanks

While there’s no built-in feature on Simplenote for that, you can set up a keyboard shortcut (global hotkey) to open and close Simplenote using a third-party app called Automator on a Mac.
Here are some articles that might help you with the setup:

Please note that these are not Simplenote resources, and is just something I found while searching on Google. Please use them at your own discretion.
