Keyboard shortcut: Open note below (Ctrl + Shift+ J) does not work in Chrome OS

  When using the web client in chrome OS, Ctrl+Shift+J is used to open the developer console.
  
  May I suggest:
  Ctrl+Shift+Up arrow for note above.
  Ctrl+Shift+Down arrow for note below.
