Jump to End of Page

Hello Simplenote Forum,
I use to be able to use the command on Windows 11 Desktop system, “Ctrl + End” (F10) and it would jump me all the way to the end of the notes on that page. This does not appear to be working any longer. Can you please add this function back in or is there another way? Cheers,

@gigemcisco Could you please let us know if you’re referring to the Simplenote Windows Desktop app, the Simplenote Web App on a Windows device, or both?
If you haven’t already, could you please test both and tell us whether the issue arises in one or both? Thanks!

Can you please confirm the Simplenote Windows Desktop app version you’re using at the moment?
Also, have you tested this on the Simplenote Web app on your Windows device? Does the “Ctrl + End” works there?
Could you please do a quick double-check to ensure there are no other apps on your device that might have hijacked that shortcut and linked it to different commands?

I am using Windows Desktop app version 2.22.1.
I just tested on Web app and it does not work here either.
Not that I am aware of any hijacking. I have not made any shortcut changes.

@gigemcisco Thank you. We’ll report this to our team so we can run more testing on this. In the meantime, if you do “Ctrl + Down Arrow (↓)”, does it result in anything?

Yes, it moves the screen down one line at a time. Not the curser, just the screen. I have a very long page so it would take time. In the meantime, its easier for me to just use the slide bar on the right but that is not as convenient at the “Ctrl + End”. Thank You.

Hello, I have an update. I do not reboot my desktop computer but about once a month. I recently started having keyboard not connecting and rebooted my computer. After the reboot, the “Ctrl + End” is now working. Looks like it was a keyboard or Windows issues. I should have known better…lol. It is now working so everything is good.
