I’ve lost all my notes after reseting the password

  My notes are empty after reseting my password. Is there any way to recover them? Thanks in advance.

  @museturkey Did you happen to change the email address for your Simplenote account at any point?

  Also, can you confirm if you use the same email for both your Simplenote and WordPress.com (for this Forum) accounts?

  I have the same problem, all my records are gone, the email address is the same as here.

  @maxito221 Thank you for confirming your Simplenote account email.

  Could you also let us know if you’ve ever changed the email address associated with your Simplenote account? Sometimes, such a change could trigger this issue. We want to confirm this first to see if that’s what’s causing the problem.

  @maxito221 Which platform are you checking on (iOS, Android, web, and so on)? Can you please try logging in to the web app to see if your notes might still be there?
