iPhone Reset/App Deleted; PW Known/Notes On PC; How Preserve Notes?

  iPhone Reset & App Deleted; PW Known & Notes On PC; Will App Install Blank Notes?

  I had to reset my iPhone and, on logging in, found the SimpleNote app missing from the iPhone. I still have current notes either on my PC or available from the Internet app using my SimpleNote username and password. If I again install the iPhone app, how do I synch from the PC/Internet app to the iPhone to ensure the current notes are not overwritten by the blank iPhone app notes?

  Hi. When you install the Simplenote app on the iPhone, open it, and login to your account, it will automatically sync and download your notes from the server. This is normal when getting a new device.

  However, just to be on the safe side, first open the Simplenote web app. Open Settings, Tools, and Export notes. That will download a zip file with all your content.
