iPhone died, lost access to my SN notes

Hi SN Tech-
My iPhone recently died, and I have not been able to access my SimpleNotes. I have logged in online using my hotmail email, but there’s no notes here, nothing in the trash or archives. I’ve tried doing “Lost Password” for my other emails as well, just in case I’m using the wrong email – but my hotmail seems to be the only login for me.
Can you please help me find my lost notes? Or help me with my login info? I have 30+ notes over many years, not sure where they’ve gone. THANK YOU in advance.

Hi Kamran,
Have you changed the email address for your Simplenote account at some point?
If so, we can email you to help resolving the problem.
If not, did you use Simplenote on another device beside on your iPhone?

Thanks for the reply Fred. I’ve never changed my email for my SN account. As mentioned, I sent a “forgot password” notice to my other active emails of kamransullivan@gmail, kamransullivan@yahoo, kamransullivan@mac – all them did not get any SN email, meaning they were not used for my SN account. But please feel free to confirm that my other emails are not listed for an SN account.
I’m using SN on my Mac desktop now. But prior to bricking my iPhone, I think I only used SN on my iPhone not other devices. Thanks again, let me know what you find.

Hi @kamransullivan! I searched the email addresses you provided and none of them have Simplenote accounts.
kamransullivan@macis not a valid email address though. Can you give me the complete email address you were referring to here?Please note that without a valid email address, we will not be able to search for any other accounts.
