iOs notes and web don’t synch; can’t export iOs notes

I primarily use SimpleNotes on iOs (ver 4.55) but occasional would hop over to Web for ease of edits and viewing. For over a week now I found that Web does not synch up to iOs at all- the last recorded synch was November 14th.
The help guide says I should export my iOs notes and then try to import them, but I can’t find the option to do so, and the guide only has directions for Android.
Would appreciate help.

Hi. You’re right, there’s no export option in the iOS app. You may have got this advice from the AI agent, which is unreliable. Try logging out from the app, then logging back in.

I cannot log out of the app because the notes are unsynched; I received a notice that if I log out, all my notes will be deleted. Not ideal seeing as the version of the notes on my phone is the most up to date and complete

Do you happen to use a VPN, custom DNS, or network-level ad blocker? If so, could you try temporarily disabling those to see if the sync issue persists?
Also, have you tried connecting to another network from your iOS device, such as the cellular network or another Wi-Fi network, to see if there could be a network-specific issue?
