I changed my e-mail and I can’t log in on the web

Hello. Recently I changed the e-mail of my Simplenote account and since then I can no longer log in on the web version of the service. But I still can log in in my Simplenote Android app. Please provide a solution to this issue.

I changed my email MONTHS ago. Got the confirmation email from Simplenote that it was changed. When I couldn’t sign in, the forget password for my new email address never came. But when I tried with my old email, it was sent there. This means they rolled back to MONTHS ago. Guys, you should all export your data if you can. I lost all my data. Support has been radio silent. You guys shouldn’t hang around to find out.

@aa3103 and @0whfq7pfi, can you both please confirm if you have also changed the email address for your Simplenote accounts, at some point? If that is the case, we will need to follow up with you via email if you still have a problem logging in.

@aa3103 Sorry, I just read again, and you did mention that you have changed your email address, so we’ll be reaching out to you via your email. Note that we’ll write to you from the email address you used for your account in this Forum (can be the same with your Simplenote account email or not).
