I can’t access my account

I keep trying to log in to my account, but the code doesn’t come to my email. So I’m trying to log in using a password, another way, but I don’t remember the password, so I need a reset, but I also don’t get a reset email. I checked my spam mail box and double checked my email, but the problem continues. Is there any way I can access my account?
