I cannot sync between my devices

    I cannot sync recent notes between my devices.
    I am not sure if it needs to be matched my laptop version (2.23.2) and my mobile version (4.55) or due to the storage.
    Seeking your advice.

  • Can you try logging in to the Simplenote web app from within a web browser at https://app.simplenote.com/?

    Then, please check the notes from there to see if they are all correct and up to date.

    If they are, you can safely log out and log back in to the Simplenote app on all your devices. When you log in again, all of the notes that are stored on the Simplenote service will be re-synced and that should resolve any syncing issues going forward.

    If you aren’t seeing the correct notes in the web app or another Simplenote app, please double-check that you are signed into the exact same Simplenote account on your laptop, your mobile device, and the web app.

    If you’ve checked the above and are still having trouble, could you please tell us a bit more? We’ll need:

    • What devices you use Simplenote on
    • Their operating systems and versions
