I cannot log in to the browser version.

    I cannot log in to the browser version of the app, even though I have entered the correct email address and password with which I am logged in to the app.

  • @gyoumuyoupizza Have you recently changed the email address for your Simplenote account?

    Since this might be an issue with your account, we’ll follow up with you via email so we can help resolve the issues. You can let us know your old and new email addresses if you have made any changes in your reply to us.

    Note that we’ll write to you from the email address you used for your account in this Forum (it can be the same with your Simplenote account email or not).
