I am unable to log in because the email address on my account has been disabled.

I tried to log in to my old account, but I received the following message and couldn’t log in: ‘Your password is insecure and must be reset. Passwords must be between 8 and 64 characters long and may not include your email address, new lines, or tabs.’
However, the email address associated with my old account has been deactivated, so I can’t change my password. Is it possible to change the email address associated with my old account?
