How to search for a full word vs. substring?

  I’m using this great app to journal. I love the absence of rich text, makes it plain and simple, as desired and designed.

  How can I search for a full word vs. a substring? In Danish, I sometimes mistype ‘at’ as ‘ar’ and ‘på’ as ‘op’, so I’d like to search for those words, which are however embedded in many other words. So now, if I just search, I get loads of results, due to two letters being substrings of many different words.

  Hi @fimano,

  The current search functionality in Simplenote will return many irrelevant results when searching for short words, like “at” or “på” in Danish.

  We’re aware of the limitations of the current search functionality and are always looking for ways to improve it.

  I’ve added your feedback to our list of feature requests.
