How to find my old simplenote account?

Agh – my computer got fried and I lost my old Simplenotes – really important stuff in there. I don’t want to tangle with Google any more – I have several accounts there and it’s hours of verifying and reverifying to recover things that way. I’d just like to recover my old notes and transfer them into my new Simplenote. Isn’t there a way I can just do this directly with the company?

@rebeccajcutler I see an account with the email you used to write us here in the forums. I recommend you use the password reset here to regain access to it https://app.simplenote.com/forgot/ if you no longer know your password.
You can enter any email you use there to see if you have an account. If you have one with that email a reset email will be sent to you from us.
