How can a note taking service not have the paste option?

  I am using the web app on windows and the right click menu lacks the paste option. Why hasn’t this been prioritized it seems pretty critical for functionality?

  Hi. Have you tried control-V? That would be the usual way to paste in Windows.

  Hi. I know how to use a computer. I am wondering why the right click context menu doesn’t have the paste option which is a very common way people paste on windows. Thank you.

  Hi @michaelkoumantakis,

  The absence of the paste option in the right-click context menu on Windows has been reported to our developers. While I don’t have an exact timeframe for a fix, it’s something they’re aware of.

  That was six months ago. The problem with your ‘developers’ is that they don’t give a damn. It’s absolutely pathetic that there is no paste option on the Windows app. There’s a right-click Paste… but it doesn’t work. And the CTRL+V no longer works.

  So why do you refuse to implement this BASIC requirement?

  hi, can you please add a paste option for Simplenote in desktop browsers? thanks
