    Hello! I’m still in need of help in gaining access to my Simple Note account and updating my email address so I can reset my password. Emails to support haven’t been replied to.

    My Simple Note account login is under my old Gmail account that I had to close a while ago, so I don’t have access to it anymore in order to send a reset password link. I have really important information in one of the notes that I need to get. I’d like to update the account email to my current one and have a new reset password link sent so I can log in again.

    Please help :(

    Sorry that you lost access to your account. According to your support history, we’ve followed up with you via email.

    For others who come across this topic with a similar issue, please note that the email address is the only information we collected when you signed up for the account. So, if you don’t have access to the account email and don’t remember your password, we cannot assist you in recovering the account.

    Please understand that this is a security and privacy measure we have to protect our users’ data. I’m sure you don’t want us to give access to someone else just because they know your email address.

    If your account email was created with email service providers like Google or Hotmail(Microsoft), it’s worth contacting them to regain access to the email address.
