Help! Deleted My Notes and Emptied trash :(

  I thought I copied my notes so I could paste it into an email I was going to send to a coworker, so I deleted and emptied out the trash can so I can start with a clean slate. But it seems I didn’t copy properly, and need to retrieve my now deleted notes. Please help if possible! Thank you

  Thanks for reaching out. Unfortunately, if those have been deleted from the trash, then the notes would have been permanently deleted.

  In the future, I would highly suggest pasting those notes before removing them from the trash just to make sure the note was copied before being completely deleted.
