Forgotten the Passcode

  I was wondering if there is a way to reset the passcode on the Simplenote app for iOS 16.5 I can still access my notes via Face ID and on the web. To change the passcode on the app you have to know the old passcode. Any ideas or options? Is the passcode retained if I delete the iOS app and reinstall?

  Good question! The passcode shouldn’t be retained if you delete the iOS app and reinstall. I would recommend that for resetting the device-specific passcode that’s blocking you on our iOS app. Let us know if that doesn’t resolve it.
