  Dear Fiends,

  I’m a long term user of Simplenote. I did a ery big mistake deleting an old account without backing upthe Data and there a very important data my Safebox Combination Numbers in it that I really need becuse all my Important Documents are stored in it.

  My old account details is;

  email – (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  Please kindly help me cause Im in a Big Trouble here…

  Hi Roy! Unfortunately, when you delete an account, all your notes are permanently deleted and any personal data associated with your account gets purged. At this point, the process cannot be reversed.

  Sorry, we’re not able to help you more in this case.
