    Hello, I have to change email address because the other one was closed, unfortunately currently I am blocked what I have to do, he wants to send me a code on a closed address then change so that it is secure.

  • @archangepress Did you receive our initial email sent to you on April and have already replied back to it?

    Or, haven’t you received any of our emails at all?

    Also, do you still remember your Simplenote account password? If so, you should be able to log in with your old email and password. Then, you can change the email after you’re logged in.

    I never received any of your emails !

    the simple account note I speak the email address does not exist anymore my goal is to connect and changed it for that! it asks me for a code that I will never be able to have

  • @archangepress if you know your account password, you can still login using your email address and password — without having to retrieve a code sent by email. This can be done by clicking on the “login manually” link on our web app’s login page or through this direct link:

    https://app.simplenote.com/login-with-password/

    Once you’re logged in, navigate to Menu > Settings > Edit Account. You’ll find the option to update your email address from there.
