I do not see any Simplenote account associated with the email address you are using on our forums. Could you have possibly been using a different email address?
Just to clarify, the password reset email will only come through if we are able to locate an account with the email address being input.

I’ve updated the forum to use the registered email address for the account.
I can log in from the iPhone app, but I can’t log in from the browser. -
