Desktop app can’t sync

Hi, my desktop app (Windows) can’t sync. Mobile app works fine (but can’t really tell if it works fine if it can’t sync to desktop).
Web app can access notes but the server connection is shown crossed out.I also can’t access http://simperium.com/
Please help! -
You can use the browser in your mobile device to run the web app and verify that it is syncing.
Try switching your mobile device to the network your computer is on and see if it can still access simperium.com. If it can, then the problem is in the computer. If it cannot, then the problem is in your internet provider. Please let us know the results.

OK, I tried on my mobile browser
- accessing the web app
- accessing simperium.com
both don’t work on my mobile browser. So what should I do now?

Was that through your mobile (phone) provider, or through your wifi? This is important because different providers have different routes through the internet.
Also, what country are you in, and who are your service providers?

sorry for the late reply. it worked last week but as of today it doesn’t work again.
it’s through my wifi. I am in Malaysia, using the Time ISP. does this info help? What could be wrong?

@bruce4526 As I asked here, does this mean you have sync issue whenever you’re using the network from your (Time) ISP? If you’re on different network connection, such as mobile data or Wi-Fi on other places, are you able to access the Simplenote Web app and have your note synced?
