Deactivated Writing Directions

  Writing Direction command defaults to Left to Right, and cannot be changed to Right to Left when needed.

  The writing direction should switch from left to right into right to left when you change the language you’re writing in. For example, on my Android when I change the keyboard language from English to Arabic and begin to type this switch happens for me.

  Can you let me know a bit more information about how you’re using Simplenote so I can see what the trouble may be for you?

  It will help to know:

  • the language you’re using that should be right to left that’s showing left to right
  • the keyboard app you’re using (if on a mobile device)
  • what devices you use Simplenote on
  • their operating systems and versions
  • the Simplenote versions on each
  • or the browser and version you use to access https://app.simplenote.com

  Additionally if you can share a screenshot or screen recording of the issue in action that would be most helpful.
