Data breach and not able to access account

My husband is not able to log into his account due to a data breach. When he tries to reset the password, he is not receiving the reset email. His email is (email visible only to moderators and staff). Please help. Thank you!

Please help! All of his manuscripts and song writing is on the app. He could not post on the forum as he cannot access his account. He has emailed the support email for help as well. He has checked his junk folder and still nothing. Please reach out and I can send you his contact information.

After some research, I found that when the password change did not work, that he should not have logged out…but he did. This is why we are using my account to seek help. Please reach out and I can provide you his name and account email. The content is very important. Please help.

Thank you–he did receive the email! Please check his response to that email as he needs additional help. He is not the most tech savvy person, but I will assist with the next reset.
