Creation of Profile email not sent

I tried multiple times to create a profile. I consistently get a screen stating that an email with instructions in how to setup my profile was sent to my email. I never recieved the email. I checked my spam folder, everything and got nothing. Please help correct this issue so I can create a profile and start using this app. Thank you
