Crashing and broke Samsung Text shortcut/replacement

  Hi, I had a crashing with the app and it broke my phone shortcut/replacements. Tried uninstall and reinstalling, didn’t work. Are there ways to clear the settings? I don’t have issue with any other app just Simplenote after the app crashing. I noticed my notes was duplicating about few hundred paragraphs. And crashed after I was trying to delete it.

  I don’t have the error code anymore. Just wondering if there’s anyway to reset or clear Simplenote.

  it also influence the auto correct phone performance. It would flash and does nothing to the typo.

  Hi there!

  noticed my notes was duplicating about few hundred paragraphs

  The Simplenote servers were having some performance issues. This impacts sync, which is why you saw those errors with duplication. The team has now restored the service.

  I recommend you try:

  1. Uninstalling the app
  2. Restarting your device
  3. Reinstalling the app
  4. Logging back in
