Changed my e-mail and can’t log in on the webapp

    Hello! I’ve been having problems using my Simplenote account.

    Some months ago I lost access to the email I used to create my account, so I tried changing it to my new email and it seemed to have worked. When I tried to log in on mobile I could get in without a problem, but it just doesn’t work on the desktop webapp. It says a confirmation email is sent to my email, but nothing ever arrives. I took all of my notes out of the app via mobile and started using another service, but nothing is as good as Simplenote and I want to use it again, but I can’t log in via desktop. I can’t even create a new account with my new email because it says another account already exists.

    Is there a way to fix this situation?
