Changed my e-mail and can’t log in on the web

Hello. Recently I changed the e-mail of my Simplenote account and since then I haven’t been able to log in in the web version of the service, only on mobile. It says my credentials are incorrect, but when I try to reset my password no e-mail ever comes. I believe maybe something might have gone wrong in the process, but again, I can log in perfectly in the mobile apps (ios and android). I’m using another account to write this message. I have access to my notes still and I could transfer them to this account, but I’d prefere to keep using the old one. Is there a way to fix this issue? Thanks

Thanks for reaching out about this. I’m sorry to hear you’ve lost access to the account. Sometimes this happens when you update your email address and the system doesn’t update correctly on the server side. We need to manually update things on our end to fix this.
Since we’ll need to get your account details to follow up on this, I’ll reach out to you via email. Please reply to the email I’ve just sent with the old email address you used on Simplenote and new email address you tried changing it to.

Hi, I have the same issue. I am experiencing difficulties logging into Simplenote on the web, although I can successfully log in using the iOS app. Could you please assist me in resolving this issue?

I have the same issue on the web version. I changed my gmail address (redacted)to an outlook address (redacted). When i try lost password and it says an email is going to my email address, nothing shows up. I went in and changed the password on my gmail address and that worked but 15 years of notes are gone. My only saving grace is i have the mac and IOS apps and can still see my notes. So what am I looking for? I want to connect my new outlook address to all my notes on the web.
