Can’t reset my password

After receiving the email to reset the password, I choose a new password and click “Change my password”. It takes one minute or two and it shows the message “Password change failed.” Picture below.
My computer: Windows 10, both Firefox and Chromium give the same result.

Also I try to reset on app.simplenote.com/settings but can’t because I don’t remember old password.
