can’t open link to a note

my friend shared a note with me but when i click on it it keeps redirecting me to the log in page, after logging in i am not redirected to the note. help please…

@andr3alimmm to confirm, did your friend use the sharing/collaborate feature or publish the note for the public?
If it’s published, do you mind share the link here? If not, just let us know and we can email you so you can share it with us in private. Thank you.

Those links fail for me also. Your friend may have unpublished those notes. You could try asking them again.

Please ask your friend to re-publish the note. Or try with publishing a new test note.

Hmmm. Is that note still published? Is the Published flag set when you view it in the app, or the web app?
