Can’t login on new iPad

Just swapped out my iPad and can’t login using my email and password that has worked before. I tried to reset password but that doesn’t work either. It works on all my other devices just not on my iPad. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@snoopymanintxgmailcom Can you please confirm if you’re also able to log in from the web app at https://app.simplenote.com/login/?
If so, does this issue with logging in is only specific on your Simplenote app on the iPad?
Can you please let us know the following:
- what’s the specific iPad you’re using
- its operating systems versions
- the Simplenote version on your iPad
Also, have you changed your email address at some point in the past?
