Can’t login on desktop app, the web app has no connectivity

I created an account and downloaded the desktop app. I had trouble logging into the desktop app so I reset the password. Then the web app and the desktop app wouldn’t sync since the desktop app had no connectivity (keep in mind that I am connected to internet during all of this). After a while, new notes would finally start to sync. Then I tried to install the desktop app on my other machine. Couldn’t log in again. So I deleted my account and created one from scratch. Now I can’t login on any machine through the desktop app and the web app has no connectivity and can’t sync anything, the arrows just spin indefinitely.

Just so we’re on the same page, would you explain what exactly happens when you can no longer log in? Would you share any error messages you are getting?
