Can’t log in Simplenote on my new mobilephone

Dear Simplenote:
I’ve used Simplenote for 9 years. I bought a new mobilephone last year, but I couln’t log in simplenote on my new device. It showed “can’t use supplied email address or password to log in”. I didn’t erter wrong password because I could log in Simplenote on PC website and renewed my password. And notes from 2023 are not showed on PC website.
My user address is (email visible only to moderators and staff). I’ll appreciate if you can solve this problem.

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry to hear you’re having trouble logging in on your new phone. First, a few questions to help us troubleshoot the login issue:
- What type of phone are you using (Android or iPhone), and what version of the Simplenote app is installed?
- Are you using any VPN, proxy, or security apps on your phone? If so, could you try temporarily disabling them and logging in again?
- Could you try connecting to a different Wi-Fi network or using mobile data, and see if that makes a difference?
In the meantime, you can access your notes from your phone’s web browser by going to https://app.simplenote.com – this should work as a temporary workaround.
Regarding the missing notes from 2023 on the web app – I’d like to look into that for you. Could you let us know approximately how many notes you’re expecting to see, and whether those notes are still visible on any other device?
